Nocturne is a clay pomade that combines the best attributes of a gel, cream, and wax pomades. The product is designed to provide a firm hold for thicker hair types that require a stronger product to manage. However, the product can be used by anyone, regardless of hair texture or type, by adjusting the amount of product used. It also provides a natural finish with a very low shine. The best part is that it is easy to wash out as it is water-based. We recommend using shampoo and water for complete removal.

Held up allday without a problem and had a great natural finish without the "wet look"! I have thick hair and was due for a haircut too, but Nocturne was up for the challenge!
Awesome smell, awesome hold. Definitely holds firm with minimal shine. Despite giving great hold it comes out of the jar and applies really smooth and easily. I have thick hair and this stuff keeps it controlled. I found it applies even better with the Sal Et spray. Washes out pretty easily- especially with shampoo.
